HaiHong PVC Coated Overlay C146/C148/C146N is especial for directly laminate cards with off-set&screen conventional ink and UV ink. It has same performance as laminated oil process. This product laminates card with excellent ink adhesion, great aging resistance, and no deformation, no color change.

Ø Excellent peel strength even with pearl ,gold ,silver and dark color inks.
Ø Suitable to laminate magnetic stripe on cards.
Ø Keep the fluorescent anti-forgery mark clearly.
Ø Superior abrasion resistant , prolong the life of cards.

Ø Peel strength ≥4.5N/cm after 120h in 75℃ 95%RH temperature humidity chamber.
